1. Services Provided

Mountain West Surface LLC provides professional concrete sealing, pressure washing, and soft washing services in Utah. All services are performed by trained, licensed, and insured technicians using professional-grade equipment and materials.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual square footage measured on-site
  • Surface condition and preparation requirements
  • Material specifications and client preferences
  • Site accessibility and working conditions

Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Check (made payable to Mountain West Surface LLC)
  • Electronic payment (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal)
  • Credit/debit cards (where applicable)

For large projects, a deposit may be required to schedule the work. Deposit amounts will be specified in the project estimate.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule. Weather conditions may require rescheduling of outdoor services. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Workmanship and Service Quality

We stand behind the quality of our work:

  • Workmanship Warranty: We warranty our application workmanship. If you experience issues that appear to be related to our application process, contact us and we'll evaluate the situation and work to resolve it.
  • Customer Satisfaction: If you have concerns about our work, contact us promptly and we'll work with you to address the issue.
  • Expected Performance: Industry standards suggest that properly maintained concrete sealers may provide protection for several years depending on many factors including traffic, weather exposure, UV exposure, chemical exposure, and maintenance practices. Actual performance varies significantly based on conditions.

Note: Sealer performance is affected by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, chemical exposure, mechanical damage, and normal wear and tear. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service completion, clients agree to:

  • Provide clear access to work areas
  • Remove vehicles, furniture, and obstacles from work areas
  • Ensure water and electrical access (if required)
  • Secure pets during service
  • Notify us of any surface damage, cracks, or special concerns before work begins

7. Liability Limitations

Mountain West Surface LLC carries liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces not disclosed before service
  • Damage to surfaces that are structurally compromised
  • Underground utilities not properly marked
  • Damage caused by client's failure to follow post-service care instructions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Post-Service Care

Following service completion, we provide care instructions specific to the service performed. Following these instructions is essential for optimal results and longevity. Common guidelines include:

  • Concrete Sealing: Avoid traffic for 24-48 hours; avoid water contact for 72 hours
  • Pressure Washing: Allow surfaces to dry completely (24 hours) before sealing or coating
